ZIYAD BUAINAIN

Ziyad Buainain was established in London in 2021 by Saudi designer Ziyad Albuainain. Drawing from art, film and culture, the label combines expressive silhouettes, rich textures and unexpected details, with surrealist undertones running through each piece. The result is a signature that is bold and feminine, and designed to endure rather than date. Collections explore contrast and transformation through garments made to be worn and interpreted in multiple ways, placing individuality at the center of the wardrobe.

Born in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, Albuainain grew up in Tokyo and later lived in Leysin, New York, Milan and London. That experience, alongside an MA in Fashion Design (Womenswear) from Istituto Marangoni in Milan, has shaped a visual language built on curiosity, research and an appreciation for the unconventional.

Each piece is made to order in London using a considered mix of deadstock, recycled and new fabrics, reflecting a conscious approach to contemporary luxury.

In 2025, Albuainain won the Fashion Trust Arabia Eveningwear Award.
