The concept for the brand was conceived years ago as Rosamund rushed between meetings in London; she was driven to develop a brand that offered luxurious, boldly designed heels with a supreme level of comfort.
On becoming a Mum of three she took time out to raise her family, then decided to follow her great passion for shoes, training at London College of Fashion in Footwear Design and Pattern Making - and the Rosamund Muir brand was born.
Rosamund has made massive moves to be as planet friendly as possible, with a core set of sustainable practices that define design & production, from the use of premium surplus stock leathers & wooden sustainable heels to short batch production, a zero-waste policy and involvement with a local school, donating any offcut leathers for craft projects. Quality & sustainability are cornerstones of Rosamund Muir, with each pair exquisitely handcrafted from premium Italian materials
