Milena Tosheva

Milena Tosheva is a London-based emerging knitwear designer who graduated from the prestigious Central Saint Martins BA Fashion Design with Knitwear Course in 2026. 

As a luxurious knitwear designer, Milena focuses on creating sustainable avant-garde fashion and eco-friendly high-end knitwear, breaking gender and age boundaries! Milena incorporates in her work a signature fusion of rustic and street fashion elements with haute couture knitwear and 3D handwoven fabrics, a blend resulting in textural extravaganza translated into wearable knitted sculptures! Milena achieves her unique visual language through continuously experimenting with various tactile techniques and utilising and heavily relying on nontraditional approaches to creating volume and contrasting textures.

Milena’s work is mostly inspired by the multi-cultural vibrancy of the urban scene, reflected in her designer knitwear through a sophisticated mix of grunge and modern romanticism elements intertwined in a unique and easy to recognise way.

Milena’s CSM “Reimagining Rituals” Project and her CSM Graduate Collection “Alter Ego” gained her recognition as a one to watch knitwear designer known for her highly textured experimental garments and conceptual collections. 

Milena’s signature approach to creating her garments revolves around storytelling and childhood memories mixing contrasting mediums and blending commercial machine knit, super chunky hand knit, non-traditional hand-woven fabrics and couture fabric.
