MAXXIJ, Debuted at London Fashion Week in SS21 season, and just finished his third show for AW22 London Fashion Week.

Launched in the fall of 2017, MAXXIJ's artistic vision focuses on experimental design with futuristic and boundary-pushing aesthetics. By using fashion as a medium MAXXIJ collection embodies the idea of “act of wearing fashion itself could be an act of art”

Focusing on menswear structure and tailoring, the collection features conceptual designs with avant-garde silhouette, technically strong details, multi fabric constructions, innovative combination of colours. 

Blending creative journey with craftsmanship MAXXIJ offers unbridled beauty with forward vision of high fashion. 

For AW22, MAXXIJ tried to express the exquisite moment of the new aesthetic that MAXXIJ pursues, which visualised as abstract forms that have exaggerated twisting and crumpling. The main idea is to show MAXXIJ’s aspect for chasing the abstract beauty. 

Keeping the outstanding identity of MAXXIJ, the designer used the “gargantuan” volume plaited design into the clothing with a piece of exaggerations. Plaited, Twisted, crumpled lines express the MAXXIJ’s own artistic idea which suggests a new structure beyond conventional clothing. A new relationship between the human body and garment and the openness to diversity is the key of this collection.
