Khanh Brice Nguyen is a French-Vietnamese designer redefining knitwear through technical craftsmanship and playful experimentation. Treating the body as a canvas, he uses yarns like watercolor to create movement-driven pieces that blend sensuality and structure.
Originally aspiring to be a comic artist, Khanh’s passion for storytelling led him to fashion, where he developed a deep appreciation for garment design after working at Dior and graduating from a MA in Knitwear at London’s Royal College of Art.
Collaborating with dancers, the creative director transforms wardrobe staples like T-shirts into tactile, body-conscious pieces that challenge traditional knitwear. The collections showcase sheer textures, autumnal hues, and jagged, imperfect details, creating a unique balance between ready-to-wear and contemporary dance costumes. Based in London, Khanh also founded KBN Knitwear, a studio supporting other independent brands with knitwear production.
