Dean Lap Chan

Dean Lap Chan is a London-based fashion designer from Hong Kong whose practice fuses textile innovation with a retro sensibility. A graduate of Central Saint Martins with an MA in Fashion and recipient of the PORTS 1961 Scholarship, his label unites craftsmanship, textile experimentation, and garment construction to create pieces that are emotionally charged, romantic, and painterly in texture.


His work gives voice to the romantic narratives of his heritage, celebrating cultural diversity while championing the authentic representation of Hong Kong within fashion. By reimagining Hong Kong's aesthetics and interweaving them with Western influences, Dean shapes a singular romantic expression—crafting a distinctive identity that resonates across the global fashion landscape.
