CLARA PINTO is a London based design studio. Founded in 2021, we are in constant search of innovative ways of integrating WOOL with textiles.
Clara was born and trained in textile design in Buenos Aires, where she sources materials from and continues to work with wool specialists, artisans and dyers every season which are crucial to the brand’s identity. The brand's distinctive style is characterised by vibrant colours, layering of transparencies, and the meticulous craftsmanship of felts, resulting in garments that are uniquely original.
Clara is a former studio resident of the Sarabande Foundation, the charity established by the late designer Lee Alexander McQueen. She has previosly been sponsored by the Crafts Council of England, Buenos Aires Fashion Week and London Craft Week. Her work has been recognised globally by publications such as Vogue Italia, WWD, Marie Claire, L’Officiel amongst others.
