A true IYKYK hidden gem, SlowBurn is a restaurant inside Blackhorse Lane Ateliers’ denim factory on Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow, E17. Founded by Bulgarian-born chef Chavdar Todorov in November 2020, SlowBurn serves an inclusive, plant-forward menu of creative sharing plates, where ‘vegetables are the star of the show’, yet meat and fish still play their part.
Dinner is served Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, while the factory rests over the weekend. Diners sit amongst sewing machines, bolts of denim fabric and jeans patterns, against the industrial backdrop of the factory floor, offering a truly unique London dining experience.
