Esea contemporary - Chris Zhongtian Yuan: Two Improvisations

Join our curator in the Gallery for a guided tour of 'Two Improvisations,' the first UK institutional solo exhibition by Chris Zhongtian Yuan. Approaching film with architectural and musical sensibilities, Yuan uses improvisation and storytelling to explore how personal histories, subcultures, and marginalised communities sit within broader political, cultural and institutional narratives. The curator-led tour will provide an in-depth walkthrough of the exhibition, and there will be opportunities for questions and discussions.
