Together, these 4 visiting artists (Tim Cole, Alan Carlyon Smith, Joy Osula & Genevieve Lavalle) demonstrate the creative talent within Wimbledon Art Studios - from fine art & abstraction to sustainable craft, multidisciplinary practice & material innovation. Their work reflects the themes shaping the future of British fashion: sustainability, collaboration, storytelling, & originality. Through textile design, accessories, installation, print development, surface embellishment or experiential retail, each artist highlights the potential for collaboration between visual arts & fashion sectors. Elys is proud to be the conduit in its 150th year to shine the spotlight on both its evolution and Wimbledon’s outstanding cultural talent.
