An evening of emerging Scottish documentary film, conversation and creativity, presented with Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY.

Join Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY and the Scottish Documentary Institute for a special evening celebrating emerging Scottish documentary filmmaking.

Taking place at Everyman Cinema, Westfield St James Quarter, the event will showcase a collection of short films from a new generation of Scottish artists and filmmakers, including Harmonic Spectrum, Big Moves, Everyman, Prosopagnosia and EL HOR.

Hosted by Carmen Thompson, the evening will begin with a drink on arrival, followed by an introduction to the programme and a Q&A exploring the ideas, inspiration and stories behind the films.

Following the screenings, guests are invited to continue the conversation over drinks with a selection of the directors and creatives involved.

An evening celebrating Scottish storytelling, bold creative perspectives and documentary filmmaking at its finest.
