Bon Bride Fashion Britain
Bon Bride presents a live exploration of creativity, craftsmanship and conscious design for LFW. Throughout the event, the designer will transform archival samples into one-of-a-kind gowns. Working directly on mannequins, they will cut, drape and reconstruct existing pieces, allowing each new silhouette to emerge intuitively through the making process.
The project draws attention to the material and skilled work invested in pieces that can easily be forgotten once a collection has passed or no longer available. By returning to these garments as a creative resource, Bon Bride demonstrates how an old style can become something unexpected and unique. Visitors are invited to witness the transformation unfold and get involved themselves.
