Growing up, football, creativity, and Kenyan and North Indian heritage shaped who Askari is. During COVID, reconnecting with her family's stories inspired her to launch Askari in 2021, a sustainable streetwear brand celebrating culture through ethical fashion. Rediscovering her love for football led her to combine  passions with Askari x Baes FC. Together, they have created a training kit celebrating identity, community, and style. Inspired by traditional Indian block-printed patterns and reimagined in Baes FC's signature purple, the design blends heritage with contemporary sportswear, created to be worn with confidence both on and off the pitch.
