ROSEOCEAN was established in Beijing in 2020 by Hu Jiamu and Zhao Weiwei. Main Designer ZHAO Shiwei graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University with the first place, and also obtained a double degree in Fashion System Design from the Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Her works have been published in Net-a-Porter e-magazine during school, and won the YKK Global Award & AOF Master Course Scholarship Award in the 2020 Art of Fashion Foundation Competition.
