HALFPENNY LONDON
For one day only, Halfpenny London will open their atelier and allow the public full access to founder and designer Kate Halfpenny’s creative process as she designs and creates a wedding gown, from sketch to couture in under six hours.
In their quest towards sustainability, Halfpenny London have been repurposing off-cuts of fabric into embellishments for many years and Kate is a huge advocate for seeking the beauty in even the tiniest piece of cloth. This couture dress will be created using only offcuts of Halfpenny London’s hero textiles.
Clients and fashion obsessives are welcome to come inside for a beverage and take a closer look at the craft and couture techniques used to create Kate’s exquisite gowns.
