Founded by Adrian Dixon of KISS FM’s Dixon Brothers, 0181 Studios is an exciting new creative hub located in the Throwley Yard Cinema complex in Sutton, Surrey. 0181 Studios offers a unique space for DJs, musicians, content creators, artists, and designers to connect, collaborate, and create.
Members have access to a range of carefully curated workshops and classes led by industry experts. The award-winning DJ Milktray and the Hope Pro DJ School are educating and inspiring the next generation of dance floor conductors, with Hope Pro’s 14-year-old student, DJ S-Rae, being one to watch. Additionally, programmes in music production and design are unlocking creative potential in both the visual and audio arts.
The studio also hosts live events to unite the local community and spotlight grassroots talent. “What Would I Play” and WMD are part of a series of intimate sessions featuring expertly crafted DJ sets and showcases, celebrating the limitless creativity and expression in music.
When the neon lights and speakers are turned down (just a bit), 0181 Studios transforms into a vibrant communal space for creatives to work from. You’ll often find graphic designers sharing a desk with producers, editors, and photographers.
Adrian Dixon, who grew up in Sutton, is dedicated to working with his local community to create an environment that develops new talent, encourages collaboration, and builds a thriving network for both emerging and established artists.
