seventyfive is a fashion brand founded by Janny Jingyi Ye in early 2020. With seventyfive, Janny focuses on handmade garments, accessories and crafts. Based in North London, seventyfive creates unique garments in sustainable ways.

East Asian aesthetics are central to seventyfive’s design principles, and these are explored through memories, family stories, lifestyle and everyday objects. seventyfive integrates aesthetics prominent in Chinese, Cantonese and transnational Chinese design culture and through these influences creates garments that are a relationship between body, object and memory.

seventyfive is also a change of pace and integrates the philosophies of slow-fashion into its practice. Through this brand, Janny is attempting to create garments that will live as long as the people and memories that inspired them.
