This offer aims to incentivise visits to our Harrods concession and encourage purchases. Personal Shopper Training A member of the MS design team will spend a morning training Harrods personal shoppers on our latest collection and Made-To-Order offering. This will familiarise them with our brand, especially MTO services, positioning us as the go-to for custom shoes. We aim to leave a lasting impression to inspire organic recommendations. These personal shoppers will also be invited to our LFW presentation, along with about 10 loyal customers.
