Cool concept here: you choose from an extensive list of small dishes to compile your own chef’s tasting menu, which can be paired with either ‘classic’ or ‘iconic’ wine selection. The latter with ten dishes will set you back £180 each, while a very reasonable combination of three, four or five courses keeps things under fifty. You could also opt for a ‘surprise’ menu but that’s no fun!
