Named after Rome’s central train station this bolthole brings the best things in Italy (coffee, booze) to Soho and does so in style. It’s all soft sexy leather seats and booths with a tall marble bar – the perfect perch. By day (and night, whatever) ILLY coffee are at the helm and don’t go asking for anything too fancy; Marco knows coffee and doesn’t mess about so go classic or go home. There’s for around 30 people in here, die-hard Italians will be standing knocking back a £1 espresso and heading out the door but we say stick around and work through Tony C’s legendary Negroni collection: rose? Pink peppercorn? It’s all here. Belissimo.
