On Tuesday 18th September, the British fashion industry gathered to celebrate British fashion in 2012 and the announcement of Natalie Massenet MBE as Chairman of the BFC from January 2013. Samantha Cameron, Harold Tillman CBE and Natalie Massenet MBE gave speeches on the SS13 season at London Fashion Week, the industry and Natalie's new role.

The Estethica Press Day took place on Thursday April 22nd at Somerset House. The pop-up showroom of Estethica designers featured a Q&A session on ‘Presenting & Marketing Sustainable Fashion’. Guests speakers Baroness Lola Young, Charty Durrant, Laura Bailey, Melanie Rickey, Vera Boudmilija and Yasmin Sewell formed the panel for this animated discussion.

The Estethica Press Day took place on Monday 6th December 2011 at Somerset House. The pop-up showroom of Estethica designers, curated by Yasmin Sewell, featured a Q&A session on 'Sustainable Fashion from Conservation to Innovation'. On Friday September 18th 2009, world renowned British photographer Chris Moore, showcased 25 of his most iconic images from the last 25 years at Number 11 Downing Street. The exhibition, hosted by Maggie Darling, ran alongside Sarah Brown's reception at No 10, both in recognition of London's trailblazing fashion stars of the past 25 Years. The images are on display throughout September's Fashion Week in the East Wing of Somerset House.
