Born in 1992 in Tallinn, Estonia, Roberta Einer relocated to London to study fashion design at Central Saint Martins and University of Westminster. As an undergraduate she completed internships with Mary Katrantzou and Alexander McQueen, before moving to Paris to work as a print & embroidery assistant for Olivier Rousteing at Balmain.
Founded in 2015, Einer’s eponymous line of luxury womenswear has quickly gained a reputation for its innovative application of couture techniques, with an emphasis on embellishment and hand-embroidery.
Named as One To Watch by NEWGEN in December 2015, Einer was also selected as a winner of Sak’s inaugural Emerging Designer Showcase competition in April, 2016. Her designs have been featured by publications including American Vogue, Teen Vogue, Dazed & Confused and i-D Magazine. Stockists of the brand include Saks (USA), I.T (Hong Kong) and Super (Milan, Italy), Curio Concept (USA).
