London born Georgia studied at Parsons School of Art and Design in Paris.
“Sculptural prints and architectural silhouettes.”
“A stand out piece would have to be the ‘Machine Dress’ as it embodies how we create 3D silhouettes. By pairing sculpted prints with this aesthetic we are aiming to create timeless pieces.”
THE COLLECTION: “This season the collection steps further into the world of sculpture with exciting new technical constructions and cut pleat work to create an endless depth to the Georgia Hardinge signature pleat. 3D minimal pleat work on classic silhouettes alongside geometric patterns within box pleats make up the collection, echoed with a print design that captures the depth of these real life sculptures.”
WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT? “Collaborating with Lancome designing a bespoke bottle for which was exclusively sold in Selfridges and creating a capsule collection for River Island. Most recently I have had the opportunity to work with the British Fashion Council more closely.”
IF YOU COULD DRESS ANYONE, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY? “Jennifer Connelly, she has a timeless yet contemporary style.”
