After spending 10 years in the industry training with designers Roland Mouret and Ben de Lisi as well as designing for brands including DKNY, Calvin Klein and Zara, Helen and Myra created HEMYCA.
HEMYCA is a London based luxury womenswear label that explores the future with a collection entitled ‘Digital Skin’. Reflecting a modern day drive for the latest technology. Design duo Helen Clinch and Myra Nigris are inspired by the contrast between humanity and the digital world; the light and dark of today’s global desire for all things instant.
Hemyca’s designs have come to life with the use of digital technology throughout their collection. The designs are created using a variety of colour and combination of fabric as well as different digital techniques.
Their collection ranges from dramatic statement gowns; perfect for red carpet dressing, to sport luxe styles and asymmetric hem lined skirts. Hemyca creates a contrast in designs, celebrating textured geometric shapes and designs.
HEMYCA have managed to capture feminine beauty combined with elegant minimal tailoring, focusing on intricate detailing and fluid movement using structured forms. Creating a versatile collection designed by women for women, to enhance your lifestyle.
