Hakkasan is very good at what it does: exceptional food and imaginative cocktails ensconced in a flashy setting. But with the Ling Ling lounge we think they’ve upped their game. Every Thursday the restaurant morphs into a late night drinking den, serving exquisite cocktails past 2am as well as hosting some talented DJs. It’s swanky yet chilled at the same time. Why not?
